Week 3: Hectic & tiring

I'm so glad that tomorrow's Friday.  That means weekend is coming.  And since next week is Chinese New Year, it's going to be a long weekend.  After this week, I could really use a break!  Week 3 was a week full of deadlines.  I had my psychology assignment and my essay draft for my advanced composition that was due on the same day which was last Wednesday.  So on Tuesday night, I slept at around 4am just to finish my assignment.  God I was so relieved to have made it through that night in one piece.  But on the next day, I was so tired that it was hard for me to stay awake in class!

Owh and then when it was time to turn in my draft for my essay, it turned out that I got the format wrong.  Me and some of my other classmates.  My lecturer just tore my paper in half when he saw any essay that didn't meet his requirement.  Then he told us to reprint it but since I forgot to save it on my pendrive I had to go back to my hostel to print it.  Thank God I had a friend who was having the same luck as I was.  So we took a cab together since the bus won't get us back and forth with the amount of time that was given to us.  I felt so tired that day that I can't remember ever sleeping so well like I did that night.

Then there's today, which is Thursday.  I did some heavy lifting today that I can't believe it myself.  I carried four gigantic books that weighs like an elephant!  To top it all off, I had to walk under the blazing sun with that load because the bus decided not to stop in front of the hostel but like a kilometer away from it.  Man I'm so wiped out.  And I got to deliver my introductory speech for my speech communication class tomorrow.  I'm so nervous because it would be my first time speaking in front of the class for this semester in front of a new and different crowd.  But there was one good thing that happened this week.  I actually got my book voucher that's worth RM200.  That actually made my day!  However, I'm just glad that the week is finally coming to its end.  Can't wait for the Chinese New Year break!!!.....
